RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
You can return most items sold by esexymale.com within 30 days of delivery.
Contact Us by phone (707-89 ESEXY (3-7399) or email us for a Return Authorization number.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be free from colonges, smoke fumes, and spills.. It must also be in the original packaging with original tags still attached. Please include instructions on whether you'd like a refund or exchange. We must receive your item back within 30 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow 7 days from when we receive your package to process the return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item, with a few exceptions (see below). If you’d like to make an exchange instead, we’re happy to assist! We will extend a one time courtesy for shipping on exchange shipments.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment (or for store credit for the return of sale items) within 7 days.
RETURN OF SALE ITEMS
All sale merchandise, discontinued items and merchandise purchased with a discount code can be returned for store credit only.
RETURN OF SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS
Items noted as Special Order will be subject to a 25% restocking fee, or have their full value issued as store credit.
RETURN OF UNDERWEAR & GROOMING PRODUCTS
Due to their personal nature, we cannot accept returns of undergarment or grooming items.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again. Then contact your credit card company - it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
